Parcel was damaged during transit
To process a replacement request, customers must provide a complete, uncut unboxing video from start to finish, ensuring that all labels and packaging details are clearly visible. This video serves as crucial evidence for the shipping carrier and allows us to accurately assess the issue.
Initiating a Replacement:
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please email us at antarjewels@gmail.com with your concern and attach the required unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.
